3.1. When using PTC’s services or contacting and interacting with us, you may provide us with your personal information voluntarily which is collected on an individual basis. This includes:

We use the LinkedIn Insight tag which enables the collection of data by LinkedIn regarding LinkedIn members’ visit to our website, including, the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User Agent), and timestamps. This data is encrypted, the IP addresses are truncated, and member’s direct identifiers are removed within seven days in order to make the data pseudonymous. This remaining, pseudonymized data is then deleted within 90 days.

We do not receive the personal data from LinkedIn, we only receives aggregated reports about the website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors, enabling us to show personalized ads off our website by using this data, but without identifying the member. 3.2.4. We use Hubspot which enable the collection of your First name, last name, phone number and e-mail address when you fill in a form on our website. We will also collect IP address, localization and the webpages you visited on our website. It will allow us to analyze and monitor our marketing activities and we will also be able to automate marketing campaigns and actions through your e-mail address.

3.2.5. We use Google Analytics which is a freemium web analytics service offered by Google Inc. that allows us to count the traffic sources in order for us to improve the performance and the user experience of our website.
